1. Reduce soda intake to one or none a day. (This has become a weakness since having the baby because of being home.)
2. Lose 7 lbs and 2 inches from my waist at LEAST. 3. Just fit in my underwear. Sorry if TMI, but I'm not going to pick inches to lose. I know they'll come off, but I'm not about to guess.
Long term goals:
Lose 20 lbs by my birthday in December which will put me at my pre-pregnancy weight of around 141-143.
Weigh 130 by Brennan's first birthday on June 14. Hope I'm not setting myself up for failure, but I hit that number for my wedding.
