Time for a change

Starting something new on Monday. I can't reveal a ton of details, but I want to be able to log how I feel and what I learn about my body through the process. I'm gonna be working on boosting my metabolism so that I will be burning more fat than the glucose from carbs. I'm not on a diet, just experimenting and learning what my personal body needs for fuel to be successful. I can share with others, but my progress is my progress and what I do may not work for others. I have guidelines and I get to make the rules to figure out how my body reacts. Can't wait to see how this goes because I don't like quick fixes and diets. I want others to stop that route as well. I hope you'll join me on this journey as I plan to log daily how I feel.
